Good emergence of asparagus crowns
06-06-2017 Two months after sowing our asparagus crowns, we can see them clearly emerging. The plants have come up well on our various plots. After carrying out weed control and protecting the plants from windblown dust and sand, we can now leave them alone to grow. With a shower of rain now and again, the crowns should be able to develop nicely.
