First asparagus crowns lifted
02-03-2015 The first asparagus crowns have been lifted! On the first Monday of March we lifted our very first crowns. The first crowns will go to growers in Belgium, France and Italy. The crowns are very healthy and vigorous. The weight of the crowns is also good.
