Delivery of leek plants in full swing
12-07-2018 Many millions of leek plants have now been delivered to growers all over Europe. We began lifting the first leek plants at the end of May and then delivering them for the early autumn crops. We are currently supplying plants for production in the winter. Growers in the Netherlands, France, Germany, Ireland, Belgium, and Scandinavia have already received several deliveries. The quality of the leek plants is optimal. The lifting of the plants also takes place under good conditions. Beeren Plantproducts will continue to deliver leek plants up to the end of August 2018. More than twenty varieties of leeks are grown, with seeds supplied by Europe's leading seed companies.
