Beeren Plantproducts celebrates a successful anniversary weekend
24-07-2015 The weekend of 18 and 19 July was marked by the 60th anniversary celebrations and the opening of the construction of the new warehouse and offices of Beeren Plantproducts.
On Saturday evening, we invited the clients of Beeren Plantproducts to celebrate with us. We are proud to announce that we raised over €4,000 for charity on this evening. This amount will be raised to €5,000 by Beeren Plantproducts and presented to the Ronald McDonald House in Maastricht on 21 August.
On Sunday, our company was visited by more than 1,250 people which included members of the public and members of the profession. We took the opportunity on this open day to profile Beeren Plantproducts specifically and the agricultural sector in general. We also gave answers to many questions. What is the size of the business? How do the seasons progress? Where do you sell your products? How do you arrange the accommodation of seasonal workers? These were some of the questions that we addressed on our open day.
On Sunday, our most recent environmentally friendly investment, Phytobac, was launched by Member of the Provincial Executive, Ger Koopmans and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Leudal Municipality, Paul Vogels.
In short, with all the positive reactions that we received from visitors, we can proudly reflect on two very successful days.
